Sara Marshall

Before moving to Australia, Sara gained over 10 years of recruitment and training experience in London, working for both a leading recruitment company and a US investment bank where she ran European recruitment and training programmes.
Sara joined Ellington Savage in 2000 and has risen through Associate and Consultant roles to now lead the research capability for the business.

Sara has experience across a wide range of projects and disciplines within Australia and internationally. She has led every major search delivered by Ellington Savage over recent years. 
Sara holds an MA Hons in Modern History and Languages from the University of Oxford.
