Paul is a founding director of Ellington Savage and brings 35 years of recruitment experience. He is the account manager for some of our most significant and long-standing relationships and remains active in the delivery of senior and complex search work. Over recent years, he has developed expertise working with some of Australia’s leading media and digital businesses. Paul also works with data-centric companies and those at the leading edge of artificial intelligence, applied in fields as diverse as autonomous vehicles and national security.

Prior to his recruitment career, Paul was the Head of Human Resources for the Reserve Bank of Australia in Sydney.
