Joanne Allen heads the Leadership practice for Ellington Savage. A human capital professional of 25 years’ standing, she holds a Master of Arts in Psychology where she graduated with Merit. Jo has held senior roles in law, professional and financial services across three continents. After rising to Head of HR for Citi in Australia, she established a consultancy to focus on leadership development and coaching – her professional passions. She remains a student of the discipline and developed a strong interest in positive psychology. This is an approach that uses scientific investigation and understanding to develop insights and interventions that aid in the achievement of successful outcomes.
