Briefed to find a Head of Finance for ANZ’s Global Financial Market business, we conducted a search focused on both local talent and Australian expatriates based overseas but open to returning home.

Candidates were identified and interviewed in New York, London, Hong Kong and Singapore.  The Head of Finance role was appointed out of New York, an Australian looking to return home. A London-based executive was appointed to set up a new Middle Office capability - a first for the organisation.
